We value your data privacy and will never sell your data. Any data we use is for platform improvements and agreed-upon purposes. Our security measures include encryption and regular checks. If there's a data breach, we'll notify you as per our procedures.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to our service belong to us. Any licenses granted to you have specific scopes and limits. We respect third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Payment
Pay as per the details on your invoice, starting from the Service Commencement Date. We have a breakdown of all fees – setup, recurring, and additional. Late payments may have penalties. All service-related taxes are your responsibility.
5. Termination
Both parties can end the agreement with a 60-day written notice.Specific reasons might lead to instant termination. On termination, we'll handle your data based on your choice and legal requirements.
6. Modifications
We can change the terms, but we'll give you a 30-day notice if we do.
7. Warranties
Our service comes with a basic warranty. Beyond that, there are no other guarantees. We're not responsible for lost profits, opportunities, or data.
8. Liability
Our responsibility is limited to specific cases, unless there's gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If there are any issues, you'll defend and protect us from third-party claims or costs.

Use our services for your business only. Don’t misuse, resell, or exploit our services. You're responsible for all user activity and must ensure lawful use.
